i want to return my phone
hi i brought moto x 2nd genreation from at&t on 24 months contract right now i am having problems with that phone so i want to have refund
i don't have the at&t recipte with me but i have items of the phone and phone is look like brand new with no damage so can i have cancel the contract and buy a new phone in at&t ???

Take it into a store and ask what your payoff to upgrade is they will give you a total you pay it then you can get a new phone on next. You will have to give them the moto x.

If you have had the phone more than 14 days then you cant return it for a refund. You can pay to upgrade early that amount is shown on myatt.com

are you on next or contract? if your on contract your stuck with that phone. Or you can just go buy a new one outright.
