Device make/mode -> lumia 635
Device IMEI -> *****
Email Address -> [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]

To unlock a phone from AT&T, you would submit a request at http://www.att.com/deviceunlock.

Hi.
I bought a phone from amazon and it supposed to be unlocked but it doesn't.
I make a request to unlock it but i couldn't confirm with the link they sent to my mail and now every time i try to submit a new request it doesn't allow me and says that i already made a request.
What can i do?
