I performed the Upgrade and made the payment but until today I have not received it

On January 3rd, I purchased an iphone 14 promax and paid for it via the app (I would deliver my s22 as part of the payment) everything was fine until then, the amounts referring to the purchase were debited from the card and it told me that would be delivered on January 7th, when it arrived on the 5th, I received an email that At&t was still processing the order and that it would need to reschedule the delivery, however when I click on reschedule ( action required ) it tells me that my order was canceled, I got in touch with the order support via phone and also via chat, everyone tells me that the order is still open and needs to be rescheduled to deliver, but I can't, it gives me the following sentence:This order has been canceled. If you believe you are seeing this message in error, please contact our support team at 1-888-463-6569.Conclusion, 10 days have passed and I have no position from At&T regarding the delivery or the return of my money.Has anyone ever experie

I forgot to inform you that on the 6th I got in touch via telephone and the attendant told me that I could pick up at a store, and made me an appointment to go to her, I walked for 35 miles arriving at the store and the attendant told me no Could you help me because I didn't have a code to remove the device and that orders made through the app cannot be resolved in the store, I concluded, I walked for 1 hour and 20 minutes to go there and 1 hour and 20 minutes to come back without having the solution!
