I paid twice for my wireless plan

The autopay said that I was not successfully resume my plan, but I did receive the text for Auto-charging my card. Then I found that it still didn’t work. Then I paid again, it finally works. The problem is I paid twice.

Be prepared to hold, but call and wait for someone to help. I waited 20 minutes or so. I put my headset on, which quite handy when you are waiting for long periods of time. Then I go do something to occupy my time while I wait. That is unless you are working, and don't have this kind of time. Good Luck!
