I NEED HELP!! Lost my shipping materials! Call many times and dont receive another one
Hi, I upgraded my daughter's iphone but she threw out the return stuff from her old device. I've tried calling several times asking for a new label and new return material to be sent, but the email doesn't arrive!!! I also didn't receive the material by mail. I am very worried as my deadline is running out and I am unable to succeed in my application. I already looked for a store and they didn't want to receive the device. I tried to access the specific TRADE IN website, when I include the IMEI number, the message appears that the device is already in another transaction and cannot enter the TRADE IN policy. Please can you help me?

In order to do so, we want to get you in to a Direct Message(DM). Check the message icon in the upper portion of the page and reply back. In the meantime let us know if the website you tried to reorder your shipping materials is the same one we've just provided.
Also, please keep in mind that it'll take 5-7 business days to receive your shipping materials when you reorder the materials. If you still haven't received the materials within the timeframe, allow a few additional days as shipping times can be extended during high traffic times.
