I don't know how to use my new smartphone - Info from the AT&T Community

Learn how to use your phone and more!

Getting a new smartphone can be intimidating for some. Luckily what you are getting is nothing like the image above. With AT&T's Device Tutorial Page, you can learn how to navigate, set up, and use your new toy. Not only that, the Device Tutorial page has great guides and videos that will help you learn how to:

  • Connect to Wi-Fi
  • Set up Wi-Fi Calling (compatible devices only)
  • Set up security on your device
  • Adjust brightness
  • Use Key Features
  • And more!

All you need to do is visit our Guide & Video page:

  1. Go to the AT&T Device Support page.
  2. Search for your device or select the brand and choose your device.

Once you get to your devices page you will see the following options:

  • Troubleshoot your device
  • Check out the diagrams
  • Explore Tutorials & Videos
  • View the user manual
  • Insurance and warranty information

Just choose what you need! If you are learning about your device, choose Explore tutorials & videos.
