How long to be verified

I placed an order yesterday at 513 and sent over id like the link said. I chatted with someone today online that said looks like it’s being processed. I was hoping to have this Friday. Estimated ship date was 11-9/11-10 with delivery of 11-10 or 11-11. Usually when I order it’s fine in a day and receive the next day. I was avoiding going the store. This is ridiculous at least update the status.

We understand how important it is to get your new device. Shipping dates can vary depending on the device, what we have in stock, back orders, etc. You can check the status of your order by entering your order number and the shipping ZIP code.

I did the verify ID (3 times), expecting it to let me know it was okay.  There was a blue processing circle, then a blank white screen, then nothing.  Is that how it's supposed to end?
