How do I change stop paying or get rid of the ATT Company fee?

Att company fee is 1.99 per phone. I got five (5) so I pay 10.00 extra per billing cycle. I want it removed I pay 6.03 per phone for taxes and fees. It is just Nickel and dimeing me relentlessly. My fees and taxes should be 4.04 per phone. How do I get this done? who do I need to speak too in what dept in ATT?
