Give back shipment labels

I did make upgrade of my iPhone 7 for an Xs at Best Buy (old phone from an att retailer). They told me I have 14 days to give back and gave me a link shipmentmanager.com/attnext but that links takes me nowhere. ¿how can I send them and where I can have a the labels? This is my 7th day.
