Congrats on your new smart device purchase! The one thing about new toys is trying to figure out how to use them. We have you covered with great guides, and videos, that will help you learn how to:

  • Connect to Wi-Fi

  • Adjust brightness
  • Use Key Features
  • And more!

Guides & Tutorials

  1. Go to the AT&T Device Support page.
  2. Search for your device or select the brand and choose your device.

Once you get to your devices page you will see the following options:

  • Troubleshoot your device
  • Check out the diagrams
  • Explore Tutorials & Videos
