Galaxy Note 20 Ultra accessory credit

I pre-ordered my Samsung Note 5G Ultra in White.  It came with a free accessory offer for $200.  I selected the Galaxy Buds Live and a clear case.  The phone came in and it is the Bronze color and I received no accessories.  I have been on the phone with customer service over this several times with no resolution. (well over 1 hour worth of phone time)  They sound like they have no idea what I'm talking about.  I was told several things.  "Call Samsung", "Return the phone at the nearest ATT store", "just wait ant the accessories might show up".   I don't even care that the phone is the wrong color at this point.  I just want my accessories.  Anyone else having issues like this?  I don't know what to do.

all samsung offers are redeemed thru the shop samsung app.

 

Its not like ATT does not have it on the website.

I tried registering the imei on the Samsung website and it tells me my device model is not available to register.

then its a Samsung problem or they are making everyone wait till tomorrow which is the launch date.

 

And did you use the Samsung website?  If so your suppose to use the shop Samsung app from the phone.

I used the app and when it didn't work I tried the website.  I actually spoke to a Samsung Rep on the phone.  They told me I had to go through ATT.

Yeah well the samsung rep is an (Edited per community guidelines) which is nothing new.

 

I mean its not likes its not in the LEGAL info for a reason
