Frustrating return process - please help
I order a 11 pro max via the att website and was supposed to ship back the iphone 8. Once I got it, I realized it was not for me and I returned the 11 pro max using the "smart" return label sent for the iphone 8.
- SHipped on 10/31
- Delivered to shipping agent on 10/31
- Many days of in transit on the newgistics website
- On friday 11/8, the status changed on newgistics changed to Delivered but there was no delivery date or time but the reference # on newgistics now has a #.
But ATT says they do not see it on the system yet; the ware house takes time to process return etc. Then I go online and there are horror stories. Customer service entered a ticket but the agent pretty much told me that she does not when it will be processed. Any ideas on what else I can do?
