Free Mobile Upgrades
Does AT&T consider free mobile device upgrades, especially for their loyal customers? Years ago, phones were upgraded of course there were fees associated, but nothing compared to the prices these days.

No, there are no free or discounted upgrades anymore. That ended when 2 year contacts ended. If you call and ask for customer loyalty, that might offer you a discounted or free phone if you agree to a 2 year contract.
