FREAKING LIERS!!!
Originally i bought the Note 7, with s2 watch, and tablet. I was told by the rep on chat that I wouldn't pay a single dime on my last bill with Verizon. WHen i got the phone inquired bout the S2 Classic watch. At first the store rep said it wasn't available. Then the Store manager told me that the S2 Classic was discontinued.....FREAKING LIERS!!! So i go past my remorse period and couldn't get the s2 classic watch. Now i receive an email saying that I would only receive half the money I needed to pay off my last bill from the switcher program.

They don't pay your last bill, they pay your fees for canceling.
This is the AT&T community forum (not AT&T support).

LOL, yeah I figure that out after the fact. But it wasn't I was told by a AT&T representative when i switched, other wise i wouldn't have done it. I guess it's ok for reps to lie to their customers.

The agreement was NEVER to pay off your entire last Verizon bill. The reimbursement is only for the phone payments.
Read the details. BTW Verizon, T-mobile and Sprint all have the exact same offer and requirements.

It's not.
But read the darn agreement before you commit to a two year agreement and hope to have up to $650 in fees that you need to get reimbursed from the other company.
As you said, it's after the fact. You can argue about what they said over and over, but 90 seconds on your smartphone and you could have looked it up before hand.

Yeah, it's business....i mean if they said otherwise i woudln't gone though with it. I mean it is their goal to make money right. No matter if the rep lied.

An educated consumer can't be fooled.
All 4 major carriers had the same $650 offer this year. They all worked the same way, same rules.
T-mobile and Sprint have been doing switch offers for years, all with the same requirements and only a reimbursement of the ETF.

That was stated in the previous post, i'm just stating reps would do anything to make a sell. I love how you insinuate that i'm not an educated. I guess that's the mindset of the reps, treat all customers like they are dumb.

We all are allowed to get fooled once (who hasn't?). You know the old saying, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. It sucks learning the hard way, but it won't happen again.
Next time you will research first.
