Errors with my address

I'm setting up a new account and the website doesn't recognize my address. I've tried several variations of how to format my address and none of them work.

Hey there @ADD33r!

 

We want to look into why your address isn't recognized by the website. There are a couple of things to keep in mind when signing up for wireless service.

  • Verify that your place of primary use address for each user or device is a physical address and not a P.O. Box. Your place of primary use address determines the tax rates on your wireless bill.
    • The address may be different for each user on the account.
    • The billing address is where we mail a paper bill or other correspondence. This address can be a P.O. Box.

I have a P.O. box but it isn't linked to my house at all, it won't recognize my physical address which I have entered several times now.

@ATTHelp it literally just says that your system doesn't recognize my physical address as an address.
