device unlock stuck

I submitted device unlock request but didn't realize you had to click a confirmation in an email to actually initiate it, and the link stops working after 24 hours. Site says if that happens to resubmit another request, but when I do that, it says the request is pending but stopped until i click the link.  So its in a circular loop. How can I erase the previous request and submit a new one?

We understand that you are wanting to submit your device for an unlock as soon as possible.


Our technicians are currently on the job with working on the unlock portal.


At this time we recommend checking back at the unlock status portal until you are able to resubmit another request.


Please double check that your device meets unlock eligibility as well.


Once you're able to submit for an unlock make sure to check inbox and spam/junk folders of your email for confirmation/
