Device unlock portal not working!

Hi, i'm having problems with the device unlocking portal, it shows that it's having network issues, it definetly isn't my wifi @ATTHelp

Thank you for reaching out. We'd love to help with your device unlock inquiry.


First we want to ensure that the trouble with the unlock portal is not due to a network settings issue. Did you try using a computer, and across multiple browsers?

Then in case you'd need a manual override, we want to be sure that:

  • you are the original owner of this devoice
  • the device meets the eligibility requirements
  • and what specific device you are trying to unlock

1 y ago literally says "Oops! Looks like we're having network difficulties. Try again later."

I've been trying to unlock a phone for a month.

5 live chats, been told every time. "an associate will call you back in 15 minutes to verify your phone is unlocked." I wait 3-5 days in between chats. 

And the portal shows network issues every time. Multiple devices and browsers and different times of the day and night.

I'm having the same issue as well. It keeps saying "Oops! Looks like we're having network difficulties. Try again later."
