Delay of shipping replacement phone
I wanted to ask a few questions. A few hours ago, I started a claim for a replacement phone after my phone got damaged. As I talked to the Asurion agent, she gave me the option to either have an Asurion employee come to my home tomorrow with my replacement to help me set it up or to have USPS deliver it overnight. I chose the latter, as I wouldn't be home around the estimated time that the Asurion employee was supposed to make it to my home. She said that was fine and that she would have USPS deliver it to me. Though, when I logged into the phone claim website, the shipping option that was chosen was the Asurion employee, not USPS which I had wanted. So, I went ahead and changed it to it being shipped to me.
So, my questions are: Will the act of changing the shipping option delay the arrival of my phone? When will I be getting the shipping label for my damaged phone?
