Delay in shipping phone

So I order an upgrade for my phone on 12/26, probably not the best time to order one by yeah..the order STILL has not moved and is "getting order ready" stage has of 1/8. Do I just cancel the order and try again or wait a couple of more days?

oh gosh no don’t cancel and re order this will just open up a ton of headaches best to call and ask for advanced tech support at the voice prompt. And see if they can assist.
