I have no idea if my comments will reach anyone of importance and I do not want to wait for a survey - i tried asking for a manager but the person sadly told me their managers are too busy even for good news about their employees. i truly wish to be marked to take a phone survery - or talk to a manager directly PLEASE CONTACT ME
I was trying to simply upgrade my phone with out changing my data - with out insurance - with out att next didnt want any of that - i just wanted to pay up front the phone with the cash i earned from my local casino.
I tried ordering online my bank locked my card i get on the phone i land my self with a douch canoe known as Mark - i tell him what i want - and he immediately gives me grief is rude all kinds of not so nice words that i wanted to say and Mark wouldnt listen to the fact i just wanted a simple upgrade - i knew i couldnt trade my phone in - especially since i just wanted to pay up for the thing upfront. i finally had it and just hung up on the guy i couldnt take it anymore from him -
i try again with online chat - the online chat person Roxanne gives me a link for accessories i click on it and then im sent through an endless loop to nowhere and could not bring up the bloody chat window again to fricken proccess my order.
i call again PRAYING i do not get landed with MARK the (Edited per community guidelines) again - IT WORKS i end up with a LOVELY lady named Adrien (i doubt im spelling that correctly) but PLEASE FIND her - she alone who i doubt will not get her bonus/commision off of me saved me from leaving att for good. i was that FRUSTRATED with the process until i was finally connected with her
if there is a way to look up my call sheets in particular please do she deserves EVERYTHING possible that you can give her.
