Customer service hanged up on me 5 times already.

Call 1 37 minutes on hold 5 minutes talk, hang up.

Call 2 1:09 minutes hangup.

Call 3 28 minutes on hold 1 minutes talk, hang up

Call 4 38 50 minutes on hold a 1-minute talk, hang up

I assume they hang up on me because on hold I can stay forever.

All that because they broke LTE internet on my phone during the first call.

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • What is the make and model of the wireless device that you're using?
  • Also, what happens when you try to use the mobile data on your cell phone?
  • Are you getting any error messages?

NOT surprised!! i’m currently on my 4th call today... i’m now @ 45 min waiting.. My husband went into the store today @ Grenada Ms & was told that AT&T isn’t currently selling any new phones or starting new services! Seriously?!? I’m so glad I have C’Spire bc the level of customer service I have personally dealt with from at&t over the last 3 days has been PATHETIC!!
