Coudlnt get credit for iphone6S trade in with iphone7

Hello Dear,

I am looking for Luisa R. to handle this case as its related to previous case. 

1.  I am not able to get credit of $600 for returned iPhone 6S for trading in iphone7 program. 

2. Previously at&t couldn't located my returned phone, but with the help of LuisaR Social Media Specialist, at&t could locate my returned iPhone 6s. 

3. Now I am waiting for my credit. Its been so long. Please help me.
