Check Your Upgrade Eligibility - Get the New iPhone or Android Device

Check on your upgrade options today!

You don’t have to wait for that new wireless device you have been craving! That new phone or tablet can be yours in minutes. Not sure if you can? Here's how to check your Upgrade Eligibility!

 

What does upgrading look like?

  1. Sign in to MyATT and select upgrade device (On the app, the upgrade option appears on an eligible device)
  2. Choose the device you want to upgrade (The device ready to upgrade will have green text)
  3. Select phone or wearable
  4. Select your new phone
  5. Follow the prompts

Anytime during this process, you can engage Chat using the Chat button near the bottom of your screen. Remember to protect your investment by enrolling in AT&T's Device Protection.

Heads up: Check your address to confirm where it is being shipped.

I've been trying to upgrade my device but I have had zero luck... either the site freezes up or I get lost trying to navigate around the website... One minute its showing my eligibility and the next I have to pay full price for the upgrade when I purchased the next program
