Charge replacement

I bought a 10ft AT&T lightning cable at the end of May and it has already stopped working. There is no physical damage to it, but it doesn't consistently charge my phone. Is there anyway I can get a replacement since I haven't even had it for 6 months?

At this time, please let us know where you purchased the charger cord, as this will help us confirm the best way to return your accessory:


  • Accessories purchased from AT&T stores or online are covered by a one-year warranty. To exchange, bring a valid proof of purchase to any AT&T store.
  • If an accessory has a lifetime warranty, you can exchange at any AT&T store with valid proof of purchase within the first year. After the first year, contact the manufacturer for warranty support.


Any charger or other accessory included in the device’s retail package is protected by the same warranty that covers the device. Learn about device warranty exchange.

take it back to where you bought it or go to walmart and buy a new one for 6  bucks
