Can't call between phones on shared plan

When my daughter calls my wife or vice versa neither can hear each other when connected. No problem calling the other phone number on our plan (Dad's phone).

We'll need some additional information, mostly regarding the phones that are being used. Please let us know what type of devices that are on this plan. Specifically, the two devices that have issues with hearing one another during a call. Are these phones different from your dad's device?

 

Are these two devices able to send texts between one another? This information will help us understand what's going on. We look forward to your response!

Iphone 11 to iPhone 7, cannot text or call each other. They have separate Icloud accounts. 

 

note: iPhone 7 was moms old phone and she upgraded to iPhone 11.
