Cancel my family plan member's account
I'm a family plan holder. One of my members just left the U.S. and he asks me to cancel his account. But it seems his account has been locked so I can not just sign in. I already remove him from my family plan and now his account is a one line account with $35 per month plan. How can I help him cancel or suspend his account? Or maybe I can just leave it there and ATT would automatically suspend?
