Can I get a warranty replacement for an AT&T phone I ordered on Amazon?

Not if you are not the original owner.  If it were me (and I buy on eBay all the time and bought a new GS6 off eBay a month ago) I would contact the seller for a return.  

Warranty replacememts are refurbished phones, if you bought a new phone from an eBay seller, you should pursue a new replacement.
