Can I cancel online trade-in then complete trade-in in AT&T store?

I just received materials for a trade in I initiated online 9/25. Now I have a second phone to trade in, so I would rather bring them both in to the store. I was told that once you start the process online it has to be completed by mailing in. So I am wondering if I can cancel the original transaction it and bring both in. I hope that I explained that clearly. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reaching out about this!

I did some research on this matter, and found you can request that they remove your online Trade-in by going here, selecting “Void my Trade-in” and submitting the request by email!

After that is completed you should be A-Okay to trade it in with your other phone!
