Been trying for four days to make an order. No order number, no charge, and now Enjoy cancelled.

So I have made four attempts to make this order (online promotion of free iphone 8 with unlimited plan and military discount) at the direction of customer service--first attempt, somehow they verified my identity wrong and didn't have my social on file. Cancelled that, next day made a new attempt, got my card charged but no confirmation email. Over the next two days my store (chose free 2hr pickup) had no record of my order. Later that morning I went up to the store and they tried again and made the order for me in store, brought out the phone and said "now the order should come through in ten minutes or so." 24 hours pass and still nothing (not even a charge on my card), so I go into the store again to cancel it all and start fresh. They now have to verify my identity and I answered one of the questions wrong (asked where my student loans come from, I wasnt sure if federal student loans come directly from the department of education) and got flagged for fraud. Two days later (today), I call customer service who put in an order for me and clear me of the fraud thing (guy guaranteed that this time I will get my phone). It's now been about 6 hours, I still haven't been charged and now I got an email saying that Enjoy delivery cancelled on me because of processing. I can't even check my order because the order number isn't in any of the emails and I'm "not eligible" for AT&T Access ID, and I can't place a new order because if they run my credit for the fourth time I will have to pay a down payment.

This is absolutely ridiculous, I have spent around 10-12 hours on the phone over the past four days. I want to know where my order is, why my shipment is cancelled, and why my card still hasn't been charged when the first two attempts (different cards) were charged immediately. I'm trying so hard to switch to AT&T but this is beyond unreasonable I'm questioning if it is worth it.
