ATT Torture - Cannot Upgrade - Over 7 hours of Misery
I have spent 7 hours and 13 minutes on the phone with 19 different AT&T Reps from customer care, web support, the chat, and premiere care. All I want to do is upgrade my 5 dumb phones that I have owned since Jun of 2013 to Samsung Galaxy S5 phones with zero cost on a 2 year contract.
3 Phones I upgraded on line - no problems.
2 phones only offered five different Apple IPhone 6 phones at significant cost.
NO ONE at AT&T has been able to figure out how to help.
I'm going to Sprint.
