ATT promotional card issue

Hello, I have received a letter in the mail confirming my trade in phone was received and states " will be mailing an AT&T Promotional Card in the amount of $140.00" for the said phone and that the promotional card would be received within three weeks by mail. Well the card came, only one, and it was loaded with $70. I have tried talking to customer support but they are zero help and do not understand anything I try to explain to them. We had to pay $140 originally out of pocket because AT&T failed to take away the payments from my previous phone I already turned in. I am very upset and would just like to receive the money I was promised because it is indeed money I shouldn't have had to pay to AT&T in the first place.

Greetings @swagy11

Allow us to get you in the right direction of your trade-in card inquiry!

Please know that the trade in value is based on the cellphone's make, model, and condition in order to receive a required amount on the AT&T promotional card.

If you have additional questions and require assistance with the device trade-in value, feel to access our AT&T Trade-In/Contact Us portal to submit further information, or contact our AT&T Trade-in Support Team at: 1.888.445.6005 which are available (Monday - Friday 7am to 10pm PST/ Saturday - Sunday 9am to 7pm PST).

We hope this information helps, and thanks for reaching out to the community!

We understand your displeasure and appreciate for your response with the photo document attached @swagy11

It is best recommended to contact our AT&T Trade-In support team who specializes in providing assistance with all AT&T device trade-ins and processing. And to also further review the value amount that was stated in the photo.

Our team will be more than happy to change this experience around for you.

Hello,

@swagy11 Trade in team is available at 888 445 6005, however, if you call them they can verify trade in was received and condition, but do not apply any promotional credits. The trade in department will recommend calling customer care at 800 331 0500. It’s up to what ability they have to try and find a resolution.
