AT&T porting wireless service is not working
AT&T tried porting 4 numbers from T mobile to AT&T network but their service is not working properly on OnePlus phones and now they are not working to resolve at all. I spent 2 days just explaining the problem and no-one cares. AT&T is Worst service. I am regretting I left T mobile service.

Is your OnePlus on the list of approved devices that will work after the 3G shutdown. Post your exact model that you have. Link below has the list of OnePlus phones that will work after the 3G shutdown.

Now that you are a part of our AT&T family, @Abhijeetkedari, let's help you find why your devices aren't working on our network.
First, you will want to check the status of your port activation at Transfer your phone number. Sometimes we need a little more extra time when transferring a number from another carrier. If your transfer is taking longer than expected, call 888.898.7685 for assistance.
Also, when transferring your number from another wireless carrier or AT&T PREPAID:
Checking your transfer status is the first step in finding out why you don't have service on your phones now. Also, as @Fl_retire advised, it is possible that your OnePlus phones are incompatible with our upgraded network.
Make sure your device works on our network
Learn more about transferring your phone when you stop by Use your own device with AT&T PREPAID. We want to inform you that on February 22nd, 2022, AT&T shut down the 3G network to enable our network to better accommodate next generation technologies and services.
For more information about what is required for a device to have active service over our network visit Act now - 3G is gone.
Try this and let us know how this goes. We want you to be able to use your service with us.

Issue has been resolved. AT&T sales person didn't use 4 transfer pin to transfer 4 number. Instead she used only 1 pin against all 4 number. Because of this problem we faced 3-4 days problem.
