At&t Customer service

I have been dealing with at&t horrendous customer service for almost a week now , I ordered two device and did everything i was suppose to do but now every time I contact them about what the hold up is I get a different answer , everything is fine on your account you should get your devices soon, oh no you have to go in the store and show id and ssn....oh wait nvm its still processing for whatever reason but no one seems to know why . I am absolutely irritated with the lot of them really. I just want my devices why is that such a task for these people.

this is why unless there is an incredible deal for online order only that I go into a physical store

As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
