AT&T claiming never received my return device like many others!!!
I upgraded one of my three lines in August. A week later I sent the phone back in the prepaid package envelope. Received confirmation via email they received my device and now AT&T has the audacity to want to charge me $466 for an unreturned device.
I've seen many people on this forum being accused of that returning devices. Does anyone know what constitutes a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines)??
