att cancels my orders

everytime i order online 5 minutes later i get an email stating att has canceld my order due to not being able to prove my identity what do i do?. can i upload a photo id or something?

That seems to happen to quite a few customers. No, you can’t upload anything. The only fix I’m aware of is to go to an ATT store where you can verify your identity.
