Asurion replacement device activate

 What’s the app and the website or telling me I have to call is there another way to do this online I live in a very rural area and there is not another phone available

Let's help you get started with Signing up for the AT&T Device Protection Plan @!

 

To be qualified for the AT&T mobile insurance plan, you would have 30 days from the date of your new device activation or upgrade to sign up. 

 

If you have an AT&T postpaid account

  1. Log into your account via MyAT&T Website or mobile app. 
  2. Go to Account Overview to access the My Wireless section.
  3. Scroll to My devices & add-ons and choose a device to sign up.
  4. Select See add-ons I can get. 
  5. Then go to Device Protection to see the available options. 
  6. Select a insurance plan and follow the steps provided. 

Please know that Bring your Own Devices (BYOD)'s or pre-owned purchased devices may not be eligible for the mobile insurance program. 

 

Also, there is a Mobile Protection for AT&T Prepaid Devices that covers lost, theft or damage.
