Asurion Is COLDBLOODED
Please see my earlier post regarding Asurion in their refusal to honor the contract. Please see billing statement for what I’m paying on a recurring basis. They just keep leading me on to keep paying the premiums. When are you gonna step in and help your customer?
I know it’s not your charge but you’re collecting the money. I bought the from you guys and I pay AT&T.

Are you under the impression that this is Customer Service...because it is not. We are customers just like you participating in a customer-to-customer message board. AT&T will not see your posts.
