Address for return
What is the address for the phone return in TN? I need to email the PO as they received my phone in system but it’s not going anywhere

I received a defective phone in November and had to wait until December to get a replacement. As instructed, I sent back the defective phone using the return label that was in the original box. It’s a smart label return that has US PS parcel return service on it. When I tracked the package back beginning December 14th, it states on 12/16 it was delivered to agent. The USPS employee told that UPS picked up the package from them so I have no way to track the package since it has left USPS hands! Pretty bad system we have going on here, just saying!
