$300 Visa Reward Card
We got iPhones back in September 2019 on promo for BOGO and $300 Visa reward card but we never got the rewards card. Called rewards center who told me they couldn’t be of help since it’s past 120 days and said to call customer care who transferred me to Pedro with “ecom” who said that I DID QUALIFY for the promo but can’t issue me the reward card because it’s outside the scope of their dept and agreed to go on a 3 way call with Megan in rewards who referred me back to customer care who transferred me back to Erin with ecom who didn’t have any idea what she was talking about. The promo was obviously just to get customers to buy a phone. It was a ploy and a farce, a scam. A big company like this using this scheme and practicing false advertisement. Deceptive, unethical and illegal! May the law deal with you.

Hello,
Was this offer bundled (with internet or tv)? There were some online offers that were exclusive to Att.com orders and not offered through retail or phone purchases. The “Buy One, Get One” applies a credit for the second phone within 1-3 bills. The reward card sounds like a separate offer and you would general get a redemption email after the 14 day return/exchange period passed.

The reward cards had to be redeemed/claimed online, they dod not automatically send to you.

The same thing happened to me! On August 28 (when I placed my order for phones and an additional line of service), I was promised via phone that this wasn't a scam and was noted in my file that I qualified and would get the reward. The one nice customer service rep I found promised me it would all work. Fast forward, the same situation as you - everyone agrees I qualified and should have received but say there is nothing they can do. They refer me to the same circular loop that you mention. They know after days and hours of exhaustion, their customers will just give up. Total scam! I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau as there are already complaints filed about this that you can view.
