3 orders in a row had problems all w/in 2 weeks
I've had to place 3 orders in the last 2 weeks, so far I have been disappointed. No new phones. The 1st order had a glitch, according to the CSR. I had an order number and my bank account had a pending charge for 4 days. Then the charge dropped off and I was told the order never finalized on their end. Take 2. I placed another order, the screen said it wouldn't be delivered for months, May 2020. So I chatted with another CSR that ensured me that if I picked a different color I would get my upgrade phone in 2 to 3 days. So, I picked a color I am not fond of (thinking, no problem I'll get a cover I like). 4 days go by, my order keeps saying in process, and my bank account has my money on hold. Needless to say, I didn't get my order as stated on my confirmation. Tonight I checked again and my order is delayed 5-6 weeks. What??? I had a another problem with the phone I ordered for my Mom. I've never had so many problems with AT&T before. What's going on? It's not like the S10 is new anymore.
