ZTE won't connect to wifi

My Digital Life ZTE tablet won't connect to wifi. I cleared/reset it to try to resolve the issue but it still won't connect. All other devices in the household connect; this is the only device that won't. It scans and displays one of two of my networks but after entering the password, the screen says "unable to connect to _______. Please re-enter your password".  The password I'm using is correct.

@liv2shop We have seen this before with some of our tablets. Let's try sending you a replacement.

I'll send you a private message to get your account information.

I have the same issue that the OP has. However, I've had my Digital Life now for about 13 months. Can the tablet still be replaced?

Turns out, the ZTE was working, but 1 of my networks wasn't. The cable company was able to fix it.

My ZTE Digital Life tablet connects to my homw WiFi, but when i go to sign in to my Digital Life account on the tablet, a notification pops up saying that I must be connected to my home WiFi first, even though I already am. I've tried disconnecting and then reconnecting to the WiFi, but the same notification comes up when trying to log in to my account. I do not know what to do. Please help!

I am having the exact same problem that the OP reported, but I can confirm that I am having no network/service issues. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

@kylecrouse

Good morning,

I am not sure what troubleshooting steps you have tried, so here are the steps that work for most people:

Troubleshooting & Resetting your AT&T Digital Life In Home Tablet, try these steps:

  1. Make sure the main Digital Life Controller is connected to the router via broadband
  2. Ensure the in home tablet is connected to the same router via wifi
  3. Ensure you use the same password is being used for the DL app
  4. Reset the tablet & Wi-Fi credentials:
    1. Flash Erase the IHT by hold power and volume up until you see the ZTE screen
    2. Follow the on-screen prompts (up/down is volume keys and power button is select)
  5. Reconnect to Wi-Fi using your credentials
  6. Log in to your Digital Life account using the same username and password used to log into your Digital Life app.

@nagham123  Hello. My apologies for the issue that you are having. Did you contact our support center? If this is regarding the In Home Tablet for Digital Life, the tablet has gone end of life and unfortunately there is not a replacement option for the device. We have emailed our customers that are users of the In Home Tablet... are you referring to that tablet or a different tablet? If you would provide your name and either account number or address, I can verify if you were sent an email regarding this and when. I have marked this private so that your personal information is not publicly shared. Thank you
