When will you activate the installed fiber where I live?

Fiber was installed over a year ago at zip code 34496 and internet access is still not available? WHY???????

Assuming the fiber you're referring to was specifically installed for your neighborhood (and not just 'passing through' to another destination), activation can be 12 - 30 months from the start of laying fiber. There's more involved to rolling out the new service than just running the fiber.
