Your passcode is used to verify your identity in case of emergency or alarm.  It’s sometimes referred to as a safe word or passphrase.  Passcodes are sometimes mistaken for a Security PIN (4 digit code).

Your passcode must be a word you can easily remember but cannot be easily guessed by others.

If you provide an incorrect passcode in the event of an alarm, authorities will be dispatched for your safety and protection.

If this passcode is forgotten, you can change it in your AT&T Digital Life Account:

Log into your account from any computer or tablet

  1. Go to the My Account section
  2. Select User Profiles
  3. Under Primary Account, select Edit
  4. Scroll down to Security System Access Codes
  5. Edit Alarm Passcode
  6. Set Alarm Passcode
You will be prompted to enter a new passcode.  Your new passcode must be 4-10 letters only.  No spaces, numbers or symbols are allowed.
  7. Reenter your passcode
  8. Click Save
