water sensors
I have been trying for a year and a half to get a replacement for a defective water sensor. I was told 3 times, including yesterday that they were out of inventory. A year ago I was given a case number. Yesterday the rep would not own up to knowing about any previous complaint but offered to email me information about a special going on with Brinks. That made me angry. And she never mailed me the info either. What is the deal here?

Isn't Brinks a competitor to AT&T Digital Life? If so then OP is contacting the wrong company.

I was contacted by a very competitant woman who worked out an arrangement with me that was very satisfactory. The technician who arrived was thorough and complete. Good experience!
