thinking of canceling my at&t security system. can yale door lock work with alexa if i cancel

It will not work with Alexa without Digital Life in between the two as the door lock is controlled by the Digital Life controller... without it, the door lock cannot receive the command from Alexa directly as it does not have the software to support it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Since Digital Life is not going to work by Sept. Is there a way that I can use the same lock with alexa?

Your door lock will continue to work locally. Contacting Yale,  the door lock manufacturer, may get you the information you need regarding using Alexa with your Yale door lock.
