Smartlabel Return parcel was placed in USPS dropbox on 01/08/2020, I have attempted to track package and it show label created but not in system. Who do I contact?

Hello. Your first contact should be to USPS as we would only see what you see when attempting to locate the package by tracking.
The package was finally picked up by SmartLabel agent on 01/13/2020.
Did you ever get notification that the packaged reached the warehouse? Is everything resolved? (I'm having same issue.)
