Service is a Real Problem
I've had nothing but problems with the service since I got it. I've been on the forum before and feel I was lied to from the beginning . I signed up when I upgraded my Cell phone in 2015 . I've been with AT&T since it was MCI and then Cingular Wireless a long time customer and love my Wireless service. I was first told an amount monthly that was incorrect and then told it was one bill,(phone bill /alarm service) not true. Now Being ill ,not even using the service that never worked properly , it's horrible !, tThey sent me a end bill inflated and a termination fee attached. Salt in the wound! This has been the worst experience ever! I would never expect this ,having such a good experience with the wireless side and being a loyal customer. I hope they resolve my issue. But i've been asked about my service and I can not recommend this service.
