Service is a Real Problem
I've had nothing but problems with the service since I got it. I've been on the forum before and feel I was lied to from the beginning . I signed up when I upgraded my Cell phone in 2015 . I've been with AT&T since it was MCI and then Cingular Wireless a long time customer and love my Wireless service. I was first told an amount monthly that was incorrect and then told it was one bill,(phone bill /alarm service) not true. Now Being ill ,not even using the service that never worked properly , it's horrible !, tThey sent me a end bill inflated and a termination fee attached. Salt in the wound! This has been the worst experience ever! I would never expect this ,having such a good experience with the wireless side and being a loyal customer. I hope they resolve my issue. But i've been asked about my service and I can not recommend this service.

Please help me resolve my issue . I have no problem paying my balance but to pay a cancellation fee or early termination fee for a service that has never fully worked is really awful. I got sick and was in the hospital , the system was not set up to make partial or past due payments and my family found it hard to navigate on my behalf. While they were able to make arrangements for my ATT PHONE easily .
