  1. Log into your account from any computer or tablet
  2. Select Reschedule This Appointment to display the installation calendar
  3. Select an available date from the calendar (only available time slots will display)
  4. Click your desired time frame to select your new appointment window
  5. Click Submit to update the changes
  6. Review your new appointment information and click Submit

You will now see a new confirmation page displaying your new appointment timeframe.

Only if the webite works, which, more often than not, it does not.  My experience has been that it takes try after try.  It is a good way to pass the time though, while you are on hold for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to answer your call.

I know this worked a month ago because I used it. Now I can't seem to find it. Did the feature get lost during the recent user interface update?

Good luck! I finally just canceled my service entirely. The customer service is the worst ever. The cancellation decision was not made lightly after having completed re-wiring if my home (which I was not told would be required until AFTER technicians arrived to install). Anyway - trying to reschedule- all the while being billed for services I did not have (since April) just got to be way too much for me.

I really hate to think about response time when you can't get through to anyone without being placed on hold for 30 minutes.

As I said - good luck!

Except the website tells me I do not have access until after my DigitalLife installation has completed even though I have completed the registration process. Well that does me no good since AT&T has cancelled installations twice without communicating to me and no-showing both times.
