Regarding my car accident with an AT&T car.

Hi, I had an accident with an AT&T car on 1/16/2020. I received a mail that listed the cost of $2,621.38 for the accieent, but I needed a clear explantion about it, and I have some other questions, so I called the number 800-894-0374, but no one answered my call. I left a message, but no one reached me after that. AT&T told me to pay within 30 days, but I cannot pay unless AT&T provides me clear explanation about. What should I do?

I would let your insurance company handle this. That is why you have insurance so they can handle all the details. Unless you don't have insurance, then that would be another story.
