I am very raged about ATnTs installation service. The service appointment did not show up for 3rd time. all the three days I was waiting at home for someone to show up. Every time I call someone, the representative would say dont worry your appointment is scheduled, and no one showed up. They did not even text me about that. I ordered the service on 25th Sept. today is 12th Oct. still I do not have confirmed appointment. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever seen. No wonder Xfinity charges higher rates and get away with it, at least they have decent customer service. ATnT does not care about the customers and their time. ATnT customer service managers -- your representatives do not know what they are talking about on phone. If you guys are thinking how rudely I am writing this content, is because I have talked decently with 6 representatives now and ATnT has tested my patience.

I hope my feedback reaches proper authorities and there is some improvement.
